For Physicians

The Work Stays Interesting. The Paperwork Leaves

Pacific MedicoLegal runs the administrative side of California QME and expert witness work, so physicians with the experience to serve as medical experts are not buried by the paperwork. Hand us the calendar, the records, the billing, and the deadlines, and keep the part you trained for.

What We Run

Everything but the Opinion

You keep seeing patients. The paperwork stops being your problem. From the day a panel lands to the day the check clears, our office answers the phone, serves the notices, counts the pages, and chases the money. You see the patient and write the opinion on your own template.

Common Questions

Is 25% Really The Whole Fee?

Yes. Twenty-five percent of collected dollars, and nothing on a case that never pays. DWC location registration fees pass through at cost.

How Can You Charge Less?

We run a small team with no commissioned sales staff, and we built our case software rather than licensing someone else's. A lower cost base lets us publish 25%, and the rate holds for as long as you stay.

I Have Never Done This Work. Am I A Candidate?

Yes. Reach out and we will talk through your background.
